Inherent problem with moderation system

Just because somebody writes something after a question is asked doesn't mean they answer it. The other one was the pedxing one where he would NOT answer something. Yes, he responded to me, but he NEVER answered it, at all. Period.

All one of the mods would have to do is say "this and that" are the rules on using dirty words, or "this and that" is how a decision was made - but NOBODY did that. Period. NOBODY (that is not a moderator) knows what the rules is on that, and you OBVIOUSLY do not care to tell us - probably because
